Q: So…tell us about yourselves.

Tuna Melt Summer Bagel:
I’m the classic you love—with a fresh, summer twist. Made with sustainably caught wild albacore tuna, blended with plant-based mayo and bold seasonings, I’m anything but ordinary. Top me with sharp white cheddar or vegan cheese, plus microgreens, tomato, red onion, and pickle—or build me exactly how you like. I’m here for all of it.

Turkey Summer Bistro Bagel:
You might recognize me—I’m built with that same pan-roasted rosemary turkey you already love. Add Swiss (or keep it plant-based), then pile on crisp microgreens, tomato, red onion, and pickle. Where I really shine? My sauce lineup: Dijon, sriracha, housemade horseradish, bacon jam, cranberry mustard…go classic or go bold. However you build me, I deliver.

Steak & Cheddar Summer Bistro Bagel:
Let’s just say…yes, I’m the one people talk about. Tender, sliced grass-fed sirloin, melty cheddar (or vegan option), and all the fresh toppings. Then finish me off with your choice of signature sauces—from creamy horseradish to sriracha mayo to bacon jam. Big flavor, perfectly balanced for summer. You’re welcome.
